Water sport enthusiasts will love the new black and sleek forward facing sports tower option which can be hinged down; will include an integrated bimini top too – another of the 230 SLX’s design features that give this sports boat her sporty appearance. Sea Ray has introduced Dynamic Running Surface, a system that will optimize the boat’s performance and running attitude on the water. This system uses triangular design trim tabs mounted underneath the hull that will automatically keep the boat level in changing speed and sea conditions. Basically, better handling, more comfortable turns, improved wake ramp for wake-boarders and the option to reduce wake size for water skiers. Check out the Dynamic Running Surface in action here.
No more removing cushions to convert anything. Dedicated transom access from swim platform guarantees clear passage on & off the boat. Designed transom sun-pad that easily converts to an aft-facing seating, perfect for when you’re at anchor and playing off the back of the boat. L-shaped aft bench seat features built-in storage and a dedicated location for the carry-on cooler.
Two bucket seats with flip-up thigh-rise bolsters and swivel and slide functions for that perfect comfort for both helmsman and co-pilot. Lockable glove compartment and cockpit side panels provide excellent additional storage, along with the in-floor wakeboard and ski locker with vinyl matting and gas-assisted hatch. The bow offers two ergonomically designed lounges offering further storage.
New, black framed three piece walk-thru windscreen offers greater visibility with the usual blocking side supports now removed. The helmsman with appreciate the power-assisted tilt wheel, Smartcraft diagnostic instruments and the chrome accented throttle with power trim, along with the added matte finish to the wood panelling in the cockpit that’s just beautiful!
