Charity Beach Festival Brighton – July 6th & 7th 2013.

‘Paddle Round The Pier’ was founded by Dave ‘Sandals’ Samuel back in 1996 and very quickly gained International recognition as one of the fund-raising events there is. Originally the idea was to bring all the surfers in the area together for a social gathering and to raise funds for charity. After a short time away from the UK, Dave returned and with his team produced a record breaking event in 2006, and with every year that followed has increased in popularity. This weekend of fun is definitely one not to be missed!
The Paddle Round the Pier is run entirely by volunteers and over the last few years have raised in excess of £150,000 for charity.
